Welcome to one of South Lake Tahoe's premier vacation homes
This home is located in the beautiful Tahoe Keys. Guests can enjoy the great views of Heavenly Ski Resort and the southern mountains. There is a private boat dock located in the backyard. This dock can accommodate 2 boats and 2 jetskis and a paddle boat (provided for our guests). Upstairs on the roof there is a large 7 foot round private hot tub big enough for 6 adults. Lake Tahoe can also be seen from this deck.
This 5 bedroom, 4 bath 2600 sq ft. waterfront home has a spacious great room which combines the living room, dining room, and game area. The living room is furnished with leather sofas (2 sleeper sofas), coffee tables and a 50" Pioneer Plasma TV with cable/vcr/dvd/stereo surround sound and a large gas fireplace. The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. Enjoy the 8 foot pool table or a game o darts while you lounge around.. The fully equipt kitchen includes a large refrigerator and a new gas range. The house sits on a corner lot which gives us great sunsets and a lot of extra play space. The large flat gated yard (great for children) is big enough for horseshoes, croquet, throwing a football or baseball and a lot of other outdoor sports.
This house sleeps 10-14 people with an Eastern King and full size sofa bed in the master bedroom. The three guest rooms downstairs each have a queen size bed and share two full baths. Also located downstairs is the kids room which has a twin and single bed. The washer and dryer is located in the hall closet downstairs. All linens needed for your stay are provided. Upstairs there is also a full bath in the hall.
